Had some issues with damaged delivery in the past but they truly cared and took precautions on next delivery. Their products are not substandard and they offer a great variance in selection. They have all corners and angles covered for their customers, what a great feeling to deal with a company like LabelEXP...Thank you LabelEXP! Keep up the great service!

Well, you finally did it! Live the product. Can't find it in Ontario for some reason. The first attempt at shipping was a nightmare, but this time, it was perfect! Shipped in a week and the cost was completely reasonable. Thank you! For those in Canada, ask it to be shipped Canada Box.....

The customer service was super; however, I'm really not happy with the end results. I asked that the font be smaller around the picture to allow the picture to be larger. That is not what happened.
I'm going to go with it for now because I've spent so much time going back and forth with Terri that I am behind in my delivery date.
This is my first time ordering online and I guess its difficult to get the artist, the middle person and myself on the same page at the same time.

Our labels were printed very dark. We're very happy with the process and the turnaround time, but very disappointed in the quality of the image. The proof didn't look anything like the actual print. I wish a designer/technician would have contacted me to discuss things before production.

I am SO IMPRESSED with your company! I ordered samples and within a few minutes of submitting my request, received a phone call (actual person! Who does that today??) making sure I was getting exactly what I needed to make a decision about my purchase. The samples arrived in just a few days and were just what I needed. I placed my order yesterday and it arrived TODAY! Receiving free shipping because it was my first order was great, but to have it arrive so fast was unbelievable! Fantastic service for a very small order. And the labels are perfect--color, shape, size--for my project. You can be sure I will spread the word about you!
