FAQ

Q: Can I get overnight shipping?
A: Our lead time is 3 days on average. The shipping time partly depends on the quantity、craft of your stickers. Welcome to contact us to confirm.

Q: What is the difference between the materials?
A: Paper is great for indoor use, when the sticker won’t come in contact with liquid. Synthetic paper、PP、BOPP、film are oil-and water-resistant and a more durable option for indoor and outdoor use.

Q: Can I write on these stickers?
A: Yes! If you plan to write on your custom stickers, we recommend picking the material of "paper"– it’s the easiest to write on. If you really like the look of a gloss finish, make sure you use a permanent marker. And if you’re creating black stickers, make sure to use an ink that will stand out, like gold, silver or white.

Q: How durable are paper custom stickers?
A: Paper stickers are a great, durable option for indoor use – as long as your stickers won’t come in contact with liquid, they’ll be in great shape. If you intend to use your custom stickers on products that contain (or are exposed to) oil, lubricants or cold temperatures, we recommend a more water- or weather-resistant option or to make the stickers laminated.

Q: Do you have custom sticker designs that will work for my project or business?
A: Yes – whether you prefer patterned prints or minimalistic designs, we are confident that we have options for you. And we charge you according to the complexity of your project.

Q: Can I order a few custom sticker samples?
A: Unfortunately, we can't ship samples before you purchase – at least, not right now. But you can order a minimum quantity of custom stickers to try them out before committing to a higher quantity.

Q: What are the differences among different materials?
A: Different materials work better for different types of projects. When choosing one for your project or business need, we recommend that you consider the following:

• Coated papers are great for indoor use, when the sticker won’t come in contact with liquid. We consider this our traditional, budget-friendly roll label sticker option.
• Synthetic papers are oil- and water-resistant and a more durable option for indoor and outdoor use. If you’re labeling products that contain (or are exposed to) oil, lubricants or cold temperatures, this is a good choice.
• PET、BOPP are our most durable stickers. Both weatherproof and dishwasher-safe, they’re up for any task.

Q: Any tips for applying my sticker to a surface?
A: For best results, we recommend that you apply your sticker single to a clean, smooth and dry surface. Once the sticker is on your item, it will stay there (and look great) even if it comes in contact with liquids – but when you’re putting the sticker on that item, it’s important that the item’s surface is dry.
